The second meeting of the Head of the Architectural Engineering Department, Associate Professor. Amna Omar, with all students of the Architectural Engineering Department and a request to raise the requirements for each batch through the batch representative and discuss the following points:

1- Raising the payment requirements in the final exam schedule and notifying us with an official request of the required amendments immediately after sending the draft schedule 

2- Commitment to pay the fees in full so that they forget to see the results of the second mid-semester exams and quizzes.

3- Full commitment to attendance in all courses, and absence of the entire batch under any reason exposes you to transfer for investigation and summoning the guardian. 

4- Solve the problems of the absence of any member of the supporting body by providing an alternative to take on the role of the absent colleague

5- The necessity of following up on the year’s work for all courses, grades, and assignments, especially for students who are late, transferred, or exceed the attendance percentage.

6- Following up on the findings of organizing the trip to the Administrative Capital on Monday, November 25, and excluding 20 students from all batches (lifting absences and postponing delivery)

7- Students who failed to attend the mid-semester exams must submit individual applications, whether as an exception for a course or for all courses.
